人要健康长寿,必须身心有所寄托;退休在家的老人,最怕无所事事,百无聊赖,整天躺着睡大觉。这就有个老有所学的问题。首要的是,必须破除一些思想障碍:树立正确观念。有的人认为:学啥?没那个必要了;有的怕累坏了脑子,影响健康。医学研究表明,人老从大脑先老,大脑衰全身衰。远端末梢的老迈,是大脑衰老的表现。尽管大脑随着年龄的增长而逐渐退化的趋势是不可逆转的,但延缓这一过程却完全有可能。这就需要加大大脑运动,勤用脑、多动脑。脑子是
People want to be healthy and longevity, we must be physically and mentally sustenance; the elderly retired at home, most afraid of doing nothing, bored, lying all day long sleep. This is an old problem. Above all, some ideological obstacles must be broken: to establish the correct concept. Some people think: learning what? No need for that; some afraid of tired brain, affect health. Medical research shows that people grow older from the brain, brain failure. The distal tip of aging, is the performance of brain aging. Although the tendency of the brain to degenerate gradually with age is irreversible, it is entirely possible to delay this process. This requires increased brain activity, diligent brain, more brain.
