我厂自1977年起,使用国产X射线荧光钙铁分析仪进行常规生产控制,迄今已有8年历史。使用效果令人满意。 仪器由探头和电子仪器二部分组成,探头内装有238Pu同位素源和正比计数管,该仪器结构牢固、性能稳定,可以昼夜连续使用。测量精确度为±0.14%CaO,±0.02%Fe2O3。原来用化学法分析CaCO3及Fe2O3需用精密天平、容器、试剂和电炉等,手续繁、速度慢,而且要求分析员技术高。X荧光分析法,只需取用一匙试样
