本文报告一种由X线所见,鉴别论断肺部球形病灶是周边型肺癌、肺结核球、肺良性肿瘤的计量诊断方法与应用电子计算机做计量诊断的一种方式。新的方法即新的模型较国内外使用的Meiske模型提高了诊断准确率。经400个病例的诊断实验,91.3%的诊断结论与病理学的结论相一致。根据近年X线诊断新技术,新模型中增加了有鉴别意义的征象,新模型的结构便于增减有鉴别意义的征象,鉴别诊断归类分析概率计算使用了新的计算公式。我们看到使用新的计算公式较用Bayes公式有更好的诊断效果。
This article reports a X-ray findings, the differential diagnosis of lung spondylosis is peripheral type of lung cancer, tuberculosis, benign tumor of the lungs and the use of computerized diagnostic measurement method of diagnosis. The new method, the new model, improves the diagnostic accuracy over the Meiske model used at home and abroad. After 400 cases of diagnostic tests, 91.3% of the diagnosis concluded with the pathological findings. According to the new diagnostic techniques of X-ray in recent years, the new model adds distinctive signs, the structure of the new model facilitates the increase or decrease of the sign of significance, and the differential diagnosis classification analysis uses a new calculation formula for probability calculation. We see that using the new formula is better than Bayesian formula.
