新时期下的企业人力资源绩效管理体系是从原有的绩效考察体系转变而来,它是目前人力资源管理改革的重要体现。绩效管理的方式从原先的行政监管变成如今的交流协作模式,监管核心也从传统的结论监管变成如今的环节监管,企业以此为基础,构建起更加完善的企业人力资源绩效管理体系。对新时期下企业人力资源绩效管理体系的构建展开详细论述。
Human resource performance management system under the new era is transformed from the original performance inspection system, which is an important manifestation of the current human resources management reform. The way of performance management has changed from the original administrative supervision to the current exchange and cooperation mode. The core of supervision also turns from the traditional conclusion regulation into the supervision of the present stage. Based on this, the enterprise constructs a more perfect performance management system of enterprise human resources. This paper discusses in detail the construction of enterprise human resource performance management system in the new period.
