本文利用九香虫对慢性锰中毒的雄性SD大鼠生殖系统损伤进行干预,并探讨其作用机制。结果表明,一方面九香虫低、中、高干预组大鼠交配行为能力中插入次数分别是模型组的2.65、2.62和1.65倍;射精次数分别是模型组的2.01、1.94和1.25倍;同时血清睾酮水平较模型组分别提高了1.14、1.22和1.23倍,说明九香虫能够修复慢性锰中毒大鼠生殖功能的损伤;另一方面九香虫各干预组的大鼠睾丸组织形态结构虽明显优于模型组,但睾丸和附睾的脏器系数以及精子数目等生殖能力方面的改善不明显。另外,九香虫低、中、高干预组睾丸组织T-SOD水平分别提高了1.23、1.54和1.60倍,且T-AOC水平也分别提高了1.28、1.54和1.39倍,认为九香虫对慢性锰中毒的雄性SD大鼠生殖系统损伤的保护作用可能与其抗氧化作用有关,为生殖损伤的药物开发提供了选择。
In this paper, nine kinds of insects on chronic manganese poisoning in male SD rat reproductive system injury intervention and explore its mechanism of action. The results showed that on the one hand, the insertion frequency of mating behavior in low, middle and high intervention group was 2.65, 2.62 and 1.65 times higher than that of the model group respectively; the times of ejaculation were 2.01, 1.94 and 1.25 times of the model group respectively; Serum testosterone levels were increased 1.14,1.22 and 1.23 times higher than the model group, indicating that nine parasites can repair the reproductive function of rats with chronic manganese poisoning damage; the other hand, the nine testicular morphosis of rats in each group significantly Better than the model group, but the testis and epididymis organ coefficient and the number of sperm and other reproductive capacity improvement is not obvious. In addition, T-SOD levels in testes of low, medium and high intervention group were increased by 1.23, 1.54 and 1.60 times, respectively, and T-AOC levels increased by 1.28, 1.54 and 1.39 times, respectively. Manganese poisoning in male SD rats reproductive system injury may be related to its anti-oxidative effects, the development of drugs for reproductive injury to provide a choice.
