目前中国经济正处于转型期,如何构建和谐劳动关系是亟待解决的问题。上海市总工会作为一级地方总工会,一直致力于发展构建和谐劳动关系建设。近期,我们结合“十二五”规划大讨论活动,邀请上海市人力资源和社会保障局、上海市企业联合会、上海社科院及部分高校的专家学者、部分区县产业局工会领导参加座谈会,围绕“如何发挥好世博后续效应,进一步构建和谐稳定的劳动关系”的议题进行了研讨、交流,分析世博期间上海劳动关系状况,研判后世博期间劳动关系发展趋势,研究探讨构建和谐劳动关系的相关对策建议。
At present, China's economy is in a transitional period and how to build a harmonious labor relation is an issue that needs to be resolved urgently. As a first-level local labor union, the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions has always been committed to developing and building a harmonious labor relations. Recently, we combined with the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” large-scale discussion activities and invited Shanghai Municipality Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Shanghai Enterprise Confederation, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences and some colleges and universities experts and scholars, and some district and county industry and trade union leaders Participated in the symposium, held discussions on the topics of “How to give play to the follow-up effect of the World Expo and further the construction of a harmonious and stable labor relation”, exchanged and analyzed the labor relations in Shanghai during the World Expo, and judged the development trend of labor relations during the World Expo to discuss and discuss Countermeasures and Suggestions for Constructing Harmonious Labor Relations.
