中等职业教育目标是培养技能型人才,教育对象、教育方式有一定的特殊性。如何提高中职生的自信心以及学习积极性,是每一位中职学校教师面临的考验。笔者通过在中职学校所获得的教育体验,认为在少数民族地区开展本土民族音乐教育对中职生有着许多积极影响。将本土民族音乐带入课堂,运用多种教学手段,激发学习兴趣,引导健康审美、焕发快乐情绪,树立学生的信心。学生通过歌唱和演绎民族音乐,了解了本土民族文化,产生主人翁的自豪感,并激发他们保护、传承本土民族文化的责任感和使命感。
The goal of secondary vocational education is to cultivate skilled personnel, educational objects, and educational methods have certain particularities. How to improve the self-confidence and motivation of secondary vocational school students is a test for every secondary school teacher. Through the educational experience gained in secondary vocational schools, the author believes that carrying out local ethnic music education in ethnic minority areas has many positive effects on secondary vocational students. Local ethnic music into the classroom, the use of a variety of teaching methods to stimulate interest in learning to guide the healthy aesthetic, full of happy emotions, establish the confidence of students. By singing and interpreting national music, students learn about indigenous culture, generate pride in their ownership and inspire them to protect and inherit the sense of responsibility and mission of their native ethnic culture.
