输尿管憩室内结石 女,57岁。右腰部隐痛反复发作3年,近1月疼痛加剧,偶呈阵发性绞痛并向会阴部放射,小便茶红色入院。体查:右肾区叩击痛,右下腹输尿管行经区压痛明显。尿常规:蛋白(一),红细胞3～5、脓细胞0～4/HP。B超双肾及膀胱无异常。KVB:右输尿管盆腔段有一2×1.5cm大小不规则的致密影,部分凸出于输尿管腔外,右肾轻度积水(附图,见插页)。印象为右输尿管结石。
Ureterolithic stone female, 57 years old. Recurrent pain in the right lower back for 3 years, increased pain in January, even paroxysmal colic and radiation to the perineum, urine red tea admission. Physical examination: right kidney percussion pain, right lower quadrant ureter through the area tenderness significantly. Urine: protein (a), red blood cells 3 to 5, pus 0 ~ 4 / HP. B super kidney and bladder no abnormalities. KVB: Right ureter pelvic segment has a size of 2 × 1.5cm irregular dense shadow, some bulging out of the lumen of the ureter, mild hydronephrosis of the right kidney (with photos, see insert). The impression is right ureteral calculi.
