利用新近研制的一台小型径流涡轮测功器,测取了一台小型径流涡轮的级性能。试验中还在蜗壳出口沿圆周均布的6个位置两侧12个测点上测取了气流静压。利用这些实测静压值和性能试验结果,顾及由叶轮进口速度滑移引起的压力升高值,引用了一个轮盘摩擦鼓风损失功率关系式,在解出一组方程后,算出了涡轮级内由一元流动理论表征的各个气流参数。在阐明计算中作出的假定的物理实质后,可以认为,本文提供了一个分析计算径流涡轮性能试验结果的简便实用方法。
Using a newly developed small radial turbine dynamometer, the performance of a small radial turbine was measured. In the experiment, the hydrostatic pressure was also measured on the 12 measuring points on the two sides of 6 locations where the volute outlet was evenly distributed along the circumference. Based on the measured hydrostatic pressure and the results of the performance test, taking into account the pressure rise caused by the slip of the inlet of the impeller, a power loss equation of the disc frictional blow loss was cited. After solving a set of equations, The various airflow parameters within the unitary flow theory. After elucidating the hypothetical physical substance in the calculations, it is believed that this article provides a simple and practical method for analyzing the results of a runoff turbine performance test.
