组织经营单位是森林调查规划工作(森林经理)中的一大环节。我国曾经采用组织作业级与划分立地型等方法,本文对以往的做法进行了研究,提出了划分经营类型的新方法。划分经营类型的做法是:对林区的土地资源,森林资源统筹规划,根据经营目的、土地种类,林分特点,立地条件之差异程度,首先组织经营组,再抓住经营组中影响森林经营措施的主要矛盾,划分经营型,作为统计资源技术设计的基本单位。它可以把划分地类、划分林种、划分森林年令组,划分林型或立地型等各项工作大大简化,成为一个较完整的组织经营单位体系。有利于林业生产计划的制定、生产作业点的布局,开展森林资源的连续调查,逐步建立全国统一的森林资源档案。本文是在生产实践的基础上,提出并经初步试点应用之后总结的。对改进当前的森林资源调查与规划设计有一定的作用。
Organizational units are one of the major links in forest survey and planning (forest managers). In our country, we used the methods of organizing the work grade and dividing the site, and so on. In this paper, we studied the past practices and proposed a new method to divide the management types. The division of management types is as follows: First, organize the management group according to the management objectives, land types, stand characteristics and site conditions, and then grasp the influence of management in the management group on forest management The main contradictions of measures are divided into management type and basic unit of technical design of statistical resources. It can be divided into categories, divided into forest species, division of forest year group, division of forest or site type and other work greatly simplified, to become a more complete system of business units. It is conducive to the formulation of forestry production plans and the layout of production operation points. It also conducts continuous investigations of forest resources and gradually establishes a unified national forest resources archives. This article is based on the production practice, proposed and concluded after the initial pilot application. To improve the current forest resources survey and planning have a certain role.
