生态课堂,是现在流行的很重要的课堂形式,作为英语教师,要充分的认识到学生在英语学习中遇到的障碍一级长期的英语学习带给自己的恐惧,要根据每个孩子的特点,认真的分析,以学生为主体,以强调每一个学生的需求、欲望和意识,兼顾学生的个性发展,让英语的“弱势群体”能够逐渐的走进英语,喜欢英语。一、发现“弱势群体”及寻找原因我们应该承认,学生学习英语,智力上是有差异的,观察力、注意力、理解力、记忆力、想象力、语言模仿力、听说接受能力、读写表达能力、逻辑思维能力等都各不相同。
