素质教育持续深化背景下,高职院校应该加强对于学生个人综合素质的评价,促进学生的全面发展。但是从目前来看,在高职学生个人综合素质评价体系中,存在着一些缺陷和问题,影响了评价结果的有效性和可靠性,也在一定程度上影响了职业教育的效果。本文从高职学生个人综合素质的构成着眼,分析了高职学生个人综合素质评价体系的现状,并就体系的构建提出了几点有效措施。
With the continuous deepening of quality education, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the evaluation of students’ comprehensive quality and promote the all-round development of students. However, for the moment, there are some shortcomings and problems in the evaluation system of personal comprehensive qualifications of higher vocational students, which affects the validity and reliability of evaluation results and also affects the effect of vocational education to a certain extent. This article focuses on the composition of individual comprehensive quality of higher vocational students, analyzes the status quo of individual comprehensive quality evaluation system of vocational students, and puts forward some effective measures to construct the system.
