[目的]研究以黄原胶、海藻酸钠为悬浮助剂的苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂的流变和沉降性能。[方法]通过HerschelBuckley模型拟合,结合粒子沉降曲线,探讨悬浮体系的流变与沉降性能的相关性。[结果]试验发现含有黄原胶和海藻酸钠的悬浮体系表现出明显的剪切稀化现象,具有假塑性特征,颗粒沉降速度和沉降平衡粒径与体系屈服值有一定的正相关性。[结论]悬浮体系黏度和屈服值对其沉降稳定性具有重要影响。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the rheological and sedimentation properties of difenoconazole suspension with xanthan gum and sodium alginate as suspending aid. [Method] The correlation between rheology and sedimentation performance of suspension system was discussed by Herschel Buckley model fitting and particle sedimentation curve. [Result] The results showed that the suspensions containing xanthan gum and sodium alginate exhibited obvious shear thinning phenomenon with pseudoplastic characteristics. The sedimentation speed and sedimentation equilibrium particle size had some positive correlation with the yield value of the system. [Conclusion] The viscosity and yield value of suspension system have an important influence on the sedimentation stability.
