红树湾物业开发项目位于深圳湾南侧,东临深湾二路,南临白石四道,西临深湾一路,北临白石三道。拟建项目用地面积约5.40万m2,以居住、商业、办公为主要功能导向,为兼休闲功能及交通的大型综合体项目。本项目基坑大致呈较不规则的四边形,支护周长约966m,基坑开挖深度为11.54~20.08m,周边环境极其复杂,西南侧地下室边线紧邻地铁11号线隧道边线,南侧(除西南侧)地下室边线紧贴9号线与11号线换乘车站,东北侧地下室边线紧邻地铁2号线隧道边线,西北侧紧邻地铁2号线车站。本基坑属于深大基坑,重要性等级为一级。基坑主要采取地下连续墙+内支撑的支护型式,在基坑西南角和基坑北侧的局部区域采用袖阀管注浆加固。介绍了袖阀管注浆加固技术的特点、施工工艺流程、施工部署以及该方法在红树湾物业开发项目施工中的应用实例。
Mangrove Bay property development project is located in the south of Shenzhen Bay, east of Deep Bay Road, south of Whitehead four, west of Deep Bay all the way, north of Whitehead three. The planned land area of the project is about 54,000 m2, which is mainly for residential, commercial and office functions. It is also a large-scale complex project that integrates leisure functions and transportation. The foundation pit of this project has a roughly irregular tetragon with a perimeter of about 966m and a pit depth of 11.54-20.08m. The surrounding environment is extremely complicated. The borderline of the basement of the southwest side is close to the edge of the tunnel of Metro Line 11, Except the southwest side) basement line close to the 9 and 11 line transfer station, the northeast side of the basement near the Metro Line 2 tunnel edge, northwest side close to Metro Line 2 station. The foundation pit belongs to a deep foundation pit, and its importance is one level. The foundation pit mainly adopts the support type of the diaphragm wall + inner support, and the sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement is used in the southwest corner of the foundation pit and the partial area on the north side of the foundation pit. The characteristics of sleeve valve grouting and reinforcement technology, the construction process, the construction and deployment and the application of this method in the construction of Mangrove Bay Property Development Project are introduced.
