目的:探讨细节思维管理理论在心内科临床护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法:根据护理安全管理方法的不同,将心内科收治的120例住院患者分为两组:细节组(65例)患者以细节思维管理理论为指导,实施细节管理,常规组(55例)患者实施常规护理安全管理,比较两组的护理管理质量、不良事件发生情况及患者的满意度。结果:细节组患者的护理满意率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。细节组患者的用药错误、压疮、跌倒坠床发生率及护理不良事件总发生率均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。细节组的护理基础管理、护理文书、药品器械、病区管理质量评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在心内科的临床护理安全管理中实施细节管理能有效提高护理管理质量,减少临床护理不良事件的发生,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the application effect of detail thinking management theory in clinical nursing safety management of cardiology. Methods: According to the different nursing safety management methods, 120 inpatients admitted to the Department of Cardiology were divided into two groups. The patients in the detail group (65 cases) under the guidance of the detailed thinking management theory and the implementation details management. The patients in the conventional group (55 cases) The implementation of routine nursing safety management, the quality of care management in two groups, the occurrence of adverse events and patient satisfaction. Results: The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the detail group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P <0.05). The details of patients’ medication errors, pressure sores, falling-bed incidence and the total incidence of nursing adverse events were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). The details of the group’s basic nursing management, nursing instruments, medical equipment, ward management quality scores were significantly higher than the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of detail management in the clinical nursing safety management of cardiology can effectively improve the quality of nursing management, reduce the incidence of clinical nursing adverse events and improve patient satisfaction.
