时代在发展,幼教改革在深化,幼教体制在改变。面对我们的是办好幼儿园,提高保教质量,而决定这些因素存在一些阻力——家长期望值较高,孩子的个性品质突出,社会要求过高,安全责任重大,从而导致教师压力大,精神紧张,因此,教师工作积极性不高,工作效率低下。为此,作为管理者要重新定位园长角色,采用“人文化”的科学管理思路来提高园工的积极性,发挥群体优势。建立一支高素质的积极向上的教师队伍,才能顺应时代发展,提高教育质量。
