利用XRD和TEM分析研究了(Al_(18)B_4O_(33))_w/ZL202复合材料中Al_(18)B_4O_(33)晶须同基体合金ZL202之间的界面反应。结果表明,在Al_(18)B_4O_(33)晶须和ZL202之间存在界面反应,界面反应物为具有尖晶石结构的CuAl_2O_4,并发现反应物同晶须之间存在如下的位向关系:{111}_(Al_(18)B_4O_(33))‖{111}_(CuAl_2O_4),<211>_(Al_(18)B_4O_(33))‖<112>_(CuAl_2O_4)。文中还对界面反应机制进行了分析。
The interfacial reaction between Al 18 B 4 O 33 whisker and matrix alloy ZL202 in (Al 18 B 4 O 33) _w / ZL202 composites was studied by XRD and TEM. The results show that there is an interfacial reaction between Al_ (18) B_4O_ (33) whisker and ZL202, and the interfacial reaction is CuAl_2O_4 with spinel structure. It is found that there is the following orientation relationship between reactant and whisker: {111} _ (Al_ (18) B_4O_ (33)) ∥ {111} _ (CuAl_2O_4), <211> _ (Al_ (18) B_4O_ (33)) ∥ <112> _ (CuAl_2O_4). The paper also analyzed the interface reaction mechanism.
