在我国经济结构升级转型时期,社会对人才需求的结构也在不断发生变化。作为社会应用型人才培养的重要基地,高职院校在人才培养模式上也要与时俱进,不断创新,培养社会最需要的人才。基于此,对应用型人才培养下“学做交替”培养模式进行重点探讨,并通过实际案例分析其实践意义和作用效果,希望可以对新时期高职院校在“学做结合”人才培养方面提供参考,从而进一步提高人才培养的质量。
In the transitional period of economic restructuring in our country, the structure of social demand for talent is also constantly changing. As an important base for the cultivation of socially applied talents, higher vocational colleges must also keep pace with the times and keep innovating in order to train the talents most in need in the society. Based on this, we focus on the training mode of “learning alternation” under the training of applied talents, and analyze its practical significance and effect through the actual cases. We hope that we can combine the teaching practice of higher vocational colleges in the new era, "Talent training to provide a reference, so as to further improve the quality of personnel training.
