在加气轻质混凝土配比组分一定的条件下,研究加气轻质混凝土发气剂、养护温度、湿度、时间对加气轻质混凝土性能的影响,通过试验检测加气轻质混凝土的密度、试件成型及抗压强度,试验结果表明加气轻质混凝土试件发气剂掺量为0.12%左右时,体积密度小,气泡细密均匀,没有出现气泡连贯现象,成型易控制,抗压强度达到3MPa以上;养护制度因素试验表明加气轻质混凝土温度控制在60~70℃、湿度控制在85%~90%左右、养护时间达到24h的石膏基加气混凝土制品性能最好。
