Trade liberalization is an inevitable trend in the development of trade in various countries in the world. However, the promotion of trade liberalization must be compatible with the national conditions of various countries and the degree of economic development. This article attempts to analyze the process of Japan’s trade liberalization, summarize its lessons and successful experiences, and provide evidences for our country’s conditions to explore the road to trade liberalization in line with China’s actual conditions
