在使用中,我们曾多次碰到上海120推土机最终减速齿轮箱漏油,齿轮箱中油液减少,造成了齿轮齿面咬毛、断裂的事故。在修理中我们发现,正确安装好自紧油封、严格控制自紧油封的预压缩量,是保证齿轮箱不漏油的关键。为此,我们制订了该种齿轮箱的修复工艺。1.当最终减速齿轮箱发生故障后,先不必忙于拆卸检修。首先应正确测量并记录B、C 的尺寸(见图1)。新机出厂时B、C 的尺寸分别是:B=44.5~48mm,C=41~45mm。2.拆卸并清洗每一个零件。如果检查出
In use, we have repeatedly encountered the oil leakage of the Shanghai 120 bulldozer’s final deceleration gear box, which reduced the amount of oil in the gear box and caused an accident of biting and breaking of the gear tooth surface. During repairs, we found that the correct installation of self-tightening oil seals and strict control of the pre-compression volume of the self-tightening oil seal is the key to ensuring that the gearbox does not leak oil. To this end, we have developed a repair process for this gearbox. 1. After the final deceleration gearbox fails, it is not necessary to be busy dismantling. First, the dimensions of B and C should be measured and recorded correctly (see Figure 1). The sizes of B and C at the time of delivery of the new machine are: B=44.5 to 48mm, C=41 to 45mm. 2. Disassemble and clean each part. If you check out
