教师将与新课程同行,教师将在新课程中实现自身的发展,并将这种发展的成果用于新课程的建设。教师要从传统的角色中走出来,不仅需要从教育教学的规律出发给自己的工作和作用定位,而且需要了解社会对教师职业的新期待,进而形成新的教育教学行为。本文结合新课程的要求和实施前景,帮助教师了解教育工作以及社会对教师角色的新期待,进一步明确教师在新课程背景下的角色定位。
Teachers will walk with the new curriculum, teachers will realize their own development in the new curriculum, and use the fruits of such development for the construction of the new curriculum. Teachers should come out from the traditional roles. They not only need to start their own work and role orientation from the laws of education and teaching, but also need to understand the new expectation of teachers in the society and form new education and teaching behaviors. In this paper, the new curriculum requirements and implementation prospects, to help teachers understand the education and social expectations of the new role of teachers to further clarify the role of teachers in the new curriculum context.
