进行采暖系统水力计算时,三通的局部阻力系数ζ值是一个重要的原始参数。以往的习惯方法是查设计手册中的三通局部阻力系数表。但表中三通口支路的面积比f(f=F_3/F_2或内径比d=D_3/D_1)和流量比q(q=Q_3/Q_1)不是连续变化的,只列出了有限的几种,若求其余的则需用多次插值的方法。由于ζ与f和q之间的函数关系不是线性的,采用线性插值的方法取值就会产生由计算方法造成的取值误差。另外,《采暖通风设计手册》中三通局部阻力系数表(见手册中表9—4)是四、五十
When performing the hydraulic calculation of the heating system, the local resistance coefficient ζ of the three-way is an important raw parameter. The customary method in the past was to check the three-way partial drag coefficient table in the design manual. However, in the table, the area ratio of the branch of the three links (f=F_3/F_2 or inner diameter ratio d=D_3/D_1) and the flow ratio q (q=Q_3/Q_1) do not change continuously, only a few are listed. If you seek the rest, you need to use multiple interpolation methods. Since the functional relationship between ζ and f and q is not linear, using linear interpolation will result in the value error caused by the calculation method. In addition, the three-way local resistance coefficient table (see Table 9-4 in the manual) in the Manual of Heating and Ventilation Design is four and fifty.
