纪录片《大国工匠》的宣传在我园上下掀起了一股精神浪潮,这是一份对工作的执着,是一份精益求精的追求,是一份宝贵的精神财富。这种“工匠精神”也同时激励鼓舞着我园的保育队伍。当前,《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》的颁布和实施,使幼儿园的保育工作质量越来越得到关注和重视。因此,如何让匠心传承,不断提升保育员队伍的整体素质呢?我园从以下几个方面进行了实践探索。转换角色,从“简单做”转变为“合作者”
