近年来,伴随着改革开放程度的逐步深入,我国企业针对内部管理也提出了较高的要求。目前,激烈的市场竞争不再单纯的局限于产品竞争,而更是人才的竞争。所以,在当前企业管理中,要大力推进人力资源管理的创新。基于此,本文首先对企业人力资源创新发展的重要意义进行了简要的分析,并对企业的人力资源管理工作如何实现创新发展进行了深入的讨论,希望对企业人力创新发展有所借鉴和帮助。
In recent years, along with the gradual deepening of the degree of reform and opening up, our country’s enterprises also put forward higher requirements for their internal management. At present, the fierce market competition is no longer simply confined to product competition, but more talent competition. Therefore, in the current business management, we must vigorously promote the innovation of human resources management. Based on this, this paper first makes a brief analysis of the importance of innovation and development of human resources in enterprises, and discusses in depth how to realize innovation and development of human resources management in enterprises, hoping to draw lessons from and help the innovation and development of enterprises.
