采用纵向通风的密闭式蛋鸡舍,冬季舍内的环境一直存在温度分布不均、垂直温差和水平温差均较大、进风口处的鸡群长时间处于冷应激状态和产蛋率低等问题。根据气体贴附射流的基本原理对传统的进风口进行了改进,并将改进前后进风口对舍内环境的影响作了实测比较。结果表明,改进后的进风口,具有避免鸡群冷应激、使舍内温度和二氧化碳分布趋于均匀、消除屋顶积灰、提高产蛋率等作用。对冬季蛋鸡舍进风口的适宜宽度作了分析,建立了确定冬季蛋鸡舍的进风口数量及其布置的实用模型。
Vertically ventilated closed-type laying hen house, the environment in the winter house has always been uneven temperature distribution, the vertical temperature difference and the horizontal temperature difference are large, the chickens at the air inlet are in cold stress for a long time and the egg production rate is low problem. According to the basic principles of gas-attached jets, the traditional air inlets were improved, and the influences of the air inlets before and after the improvement on the indoor environment were measured and compared. The results show that the improved air intake has the effects of avoiding cold stress of the chickens, making the temperature and carbon dioxide distribution within the home uniform, eliminating dust on the roof, and increasing the egg production rate. The suitable width of the air inlets for laying hens in winter was analyzed, and a practical model was established to determine the number and arrangement of air inlets in winter hen houses.
