目的探讨剪切波弹性成像(SWE)检查肠壁硬度的可行性。建立正常肠壁剪切波杨氏模量的参考值范围。方法经腹测量160例结肠镜下正常肠段杨氏模量平均值,比较不同性别、年龄组、部位之间杨氏模量值的差异。结果正常肠壁弹性值平均值(6.38±1.35)kPa。不同性别、年龄组与部位间杨氏模量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实时剪切波弹性成像可用于评估肠壁的硬度。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using shear wave elastography (SWE) to examine the intestinal wall stiffness. Establish the reference range of Young’s modulus of normal intestinal wall shear wave. Methods The average Young’s modulus of 160 normal colon segments under colonoscopy was measured by abdomen. The Young’s modulus values of different sexes, age groups and sites were compared. Results The average value of normal intestinal wall elasticity (6.38 ± 1.35) kPa. There was no significant difference in Young’s modulus between different genders, age groups and sites (P> 0.05). Conclusion Real-time shear wave elastography can be used to evaluate the wall stiffness.
