几年来,我在聋校小学英语教学中,结合班型小、人数少的实际,针对听障学生的生理和心理特点及其学习基础的差异,以学生为主体,运用任务型教学模式,探索课堂教学组织形式的多样化,建立师生关系的民主化,努力营造轻松和谐的课堂教学氛围,激发每个学生学习英语的兴趣,使每个学生学习英语的态度发生了积极的变化,英语学习成绩都有一定幅度的提高。
