目的:探讨小剂量氨茶碱口服联合呼吸功能训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效及安全性。方法:将80例COPD患者按照抽签方法随机均分为对照组与观察组,每组各为40例。对照组仅给予小剂量氨茶碱进行治疗;观察组在此基础上联合呼吸功能训练进行治疗。治疗6个月后比较两组临床疗效、血气指标、肺功能指标变化情况,患者生活质量改善情况及安全性。结果:1对照组临床治疗总有效率为67.50%,显著低于观察组(87.50%),两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2两组治疗前后血气指标(包括PaO2与PaCO2)及肺功能指标(FEV1与FEV1/FVC)相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后血气与肺功能指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05);3根据SF-36量表评分标准,对照组治疗前后SF-36评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组治疗前后SF-36评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后SF-36评分均显著大于对照组(P<0.05);4两组治疗过程中均未见任何不良反应发生。结论:小剂量氨茶碱口服联合呼吸功能训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效显著,安全性较高,值得在临床推广普及。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of low-dose aminophylline oral combined with respiratory training in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: Eighty patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random sampling method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given only a small dose of aminophylline for treatment; the observation group was treated on the basis of the combination of respiratory function training. Conclusion: The small dose of aminophylline oral combined with respiratory training for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) significant effect, high safety, it is worth in the clinical promotion of universal.
