矿建项目施工长期处于粗放型管理模式,存在技术含量低,劳动强度大、高危性特点。对成本进行控制,必须建立科学完善的制度和企业内部定额并具备精细化管理理念。由于科学技术的飞速发展,企业必须与时俱进的更新技术、设备,站在新的高度、起点、层次上做好成本控制。最终目标是提高职工收入,实现企业利润和社会综合效益。在某煤矿井筒的具体实践中,主要从优化组织设计,采用新设备等环节着手,对成本控制进行了论述。
Long-term construction of mining projects in a extensive mode of management, there are low-tech, labor-intensive, high-risk characteristics. To control costs, we must establish a sound scientific system and internal quotas and have meticulous management philosophy. Due to the rapid development of science and technology, enterprises must keep pace with the times to update their technologies and equipment and take cost control from a new height, starting point and level. The ultimate goal is to increase staff income and achieve corporate profits and social benefits. In the specific practice of a coal mine shaft, mainly from the aspects of optimizing organizational design and adopting new equipment, the cost control is discussed.
