１９９０～１９９８年，我院收治高颈段椎管哑铃形神经纤维瘤６例。现报告如下。临床资料：本组男４例，女２例；年龄４１～６０岁。表现为一侧肢体麻木无力４例，肢体根性疼痛１例，一侧肢体轻度瘫痪１例。６例均有病变平面以下感觉障碍，一侧上肢Ｈｏｆｆｍａｎｎ征均呈阳性
From 1990 to 1998, 6 cases of spinal canal dumbbell neurofibroma were treated in our hospital. The report is as follows. Clinical data: The group of 4 males and 2 females; aged 41 to 60 years old. The performance of numbness on one side in 4 cases of limb weakness, limb root pain in 1 case, one side of the limb mild paralysis in 1 case. All 6 patients had sensory disturbances below the plane of lesion, and all had positive Hoffmann sign on one side
