随着中国加入WTO,经济全球化和市场国际化的浪潮正扑面而来,这意味着我们的企业管理必将与国际接轨,我们的市场将面临着更加残酷的竞争,也意味着无数商界英雄将沉浮起伏、优胜劣汰。拿什么去与世界强企同台竞争?这是摆在中国企业和我们这个传统行业面前的一个紧迫课题。结合红蜻蜒集团几年的实践,我认为,当前参与世界竞争的锐利武器,应该是企业文化。文化才是新世纪企业的核心竞争力。
