我也谈谈评小红花的喜和忧。我们农村幼儿班,小朋友平时都讲“土话”,虽然我尽力训练,大讲学普通话的重要,但孩子们总学不好,也懒得学。后来,我对坚持讲普通话的小朋友奖励小红花,结果,小朋友学普通话的兴趣极高,全班幼儿学普通话的水平一下提高了很多。平时,对表现好的孩子奖给小红花,不仅能激励本人,也能在全班中起榜样作用。但发生在班上由于评小红花而引起的事情,使我深思。
