This paper reports for the first time the blue-luminescence of C-ZnSe: Ga at room temperature, measures the relevant properties and discusses the luminescence mechanism. The electroluminescence spectrum has a strong blue peak of 4800A and a weak peak of 6300A. As the forward voltage increases, the 6300A self-activating emission is relatively reduced, while the 4800A blue edge emission is gradually enhanced. Therefore, when the voltage is increased, the light color changes from red through yellow and green to pure blue. In a bright room you can observe a distinctive blue launch. At the end of this article, we propose the concept of multi-color display of ZrSe.
