There is a very figurative metaphor in Chinese kanji language that connects all kinds of situations and tastes in life. The so-called Barilla, variety, can be blurted out only five flavors: bitter, spicy, sour, sweet, salty. Associating the taste of diet with one’s own life is the documentary contribution of literature to the experience of life. Nowadays, we no longer associate the word diet with “eating”, but like to make “gourmet” and “eat”. With the development of society and economy and the abundance of material life, it even gave birth to a unique profession - gourmet. Many people are very envious of this profession, however, the real gourmet needs a lot of exercise and literacy, not as easy as imagined. The Michelin restaurant in the United States is located all over the world
