合浦毛蟹是在广西南部流入北部湾的各河流中新发现的一种大型淡水蟹。分类上属甲壳纲、十足目、方蟹科、绒螯蟹属。对其人工条件下的胚胎发育过程作初步之观察研究,结果如下。一、材料与方法收购已交配之亲蟹暂养,产卵后小心将卵取下放在直径12cm的玻璃皿中,置恒温箱内作离体孵化,水温制控在20～22℃,盐度为16.39‰,用光学显微镜观察其胚胎发育进程,并绘图。
