目的观察亚低温治疗对急性大面积脑梗死的疗效。方法将82例急性大面积脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用亚低温治疗,对照组不予亚低温治疗,观察治疗前及治疗1个月后2组的神经功能缺损变化,并对疗效进行判定。结果治疗后亚低温治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(13.48±10.50vs19.78±14.76,P<0.05),显效率优于对照组(66.7%vs45.0%,P<0.05)。结论亚低温治疗可降低急性大面积脑梗死神经功能缺损评分,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of mild hypothermia on acute large area cerebral infarction. Methods 82 patients with acute large area cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 42) and control group (n = 40). The treatment group was treated with mild hypothermia on the basis of conventional medication, while the control group was not treated with mild hypothermia. After 1 month of treatment, the changes of neurological deficit in 2 groups were evaluated and the curative effect was judged. Results After treatment, the score of neurological deficit in the mild hypothermia group was significantly lower than that of the control group (13.48 ± 10.50 vs 19.78 ± 14.76, P <0.05), and the effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.7% vs 45.0%, P <0.05). Conclusion Mild hypothermia can reduce the neurological deficit score of acute large area cerebral infarction and improve the clinical curative effect.
