近期,笔者听了十多节青年教师的语文课,发现教师的有效巡视对提升教学效果起着重要的推动作用。但也有教师课堂巡视像走过场,巡而不视,低效或无效的巡视大量存在。因此,语文教师课堂在巡视中应倍加关注。一、良好习惯的养成教学中,良好的学习习惯可以使学生终生受益。如,读写姿势、专心听讲、勤于动脑、独立思考、坚持记笔记等。小学生良好习惯的养成关键在于教师经常督促、引导。 Recently, I listened to the Chinese class of more than a dozen young teachers and found that effective inspections by teachers played an important role in promoting teaching effectiveness. But there are also teacher classroom visits like walking through the field, patrolling disregarding, inefficient or ineffective patrolling. Therefore, the Chinese teachers classroom patrol should pay double attention. First, the development of good habits of teaching, good habits of study can benefit students for life. Such as reading and writing postures, attentive listening, diligent brain, independent thinking, insisted on taking notes and so on. The key to cultivate good habits of primary school students is that teachers often supervise and guide.
