黄陵县店头镇矿产资源丰富,黄店公路成为其对外发展联系的重要纽带,矿产资源的运出和其他生活产品的运入量大,以大型货车为主,将对本公路承载能力形成巨大的冲击和压力。原有公路已不能满足交通需要,改扩建后的黄店公路为一级路,路面采用钢纤维混凝土路面,厚度26cm,钢纤维掺量为0.8%。经检测,钢纤维混凝土路面克服了开裂、断板、沉陷、错台等病害,提高了混凝土路面的承载力和抗冲击性能,延长了路面使用寿命,降低了维修成本。本文就钢纤维混凝土路面施工工艺控制进行了详细的总结,提供了一整套成熟的工法,为推广和开展钢纤维混凝土路面施工提供了富贵的经验。

The road surface is made of steel fiber concrete pavement with a thickness of 26cm and a steel fiber content of 0.8%. After testing, steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement to overcome the cracking, broken plate, subsidence, the wrong Taiwan and other diseases, and improve the bearing capacity of concrete pavement and impact resistance, extending the life of the road, reducing maintenance costs. In this paper, the control of steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement construction process is summarized in detail, providing a set of mature methods, which provide rich experience for the promotion and development of steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement construction.
