企业或组织的管理说到底是个执行力的问题。如果没有执行力,所有的一切计划、工作都如同水中花、镜中月无法落实。从表面看,执行力直接地表现为个人的执行能力,但任何人都是社会人,任何人都是一定组织的人。因此,个人执行能力的高低不仅取决于个人的专业知识结构、工作能力、工作愿望及其职业素养,还在很大程度上取决于组织的人事制度、薪酬制度等内在机制。
The management of a company or organization is ultimately a matter of execution. If there is no execution power, all the planning and work will be like a trickle and the moon won’t be implemented. On the surface, executive power is directly expressed as an individual’s ability to perform, but anyone is a social person, and anyone is a certain organization. Therefore, the level of individual execution ability depends not only on the individual’s professional knowledge structure, work ability, job aspirations, and professional qualities, but also to a large extent on the internal mechanisms of the organization’s personnel system, salary system, and so on.
