目的探讨以全科医生为预防艾滋病/性传播疾病(AIDS/STD)干预者的艾滋病干预模式的有效性和可行性,为国家制定AIDS/STD防治策略提供依据。方法2008年4-7月,以北京市海淀区的3家社区卫生服务中心为研究现场,由经过培训的妇科全科医生,对就诊的娱乐场所女服务员开展面对面咨询和干预服务,通过对全科医生的访谈和目标人群的问卷调查,评价干预措施的有效性及可行性。结果共调查来社区服务中心妇科门诊就诊的歌舞厅、洗浴中心等娱乐场所女服务人员286人,经过干预服务后,目标人群对性病知识的总知晓率由5.2%提高到54.6%(χ2=163.98,P<0.01),对艾滋病知识的总知晓率由6.3%提高到57.5%(χ2=108.41,P<0.01),95.2%的目标人群表示愿意接受咨询台所提供的AIDS/STD干预服务,提供干预服务的全科医生表示为目标人群提供AIDS/STD预防干预是她们的职业责任,愿意将此项干预服务开展下去。结论以全科医生为主要干预者,利用咨询台等多种教育方式,将AIDS/STD预防干预与全科医生日常工作结合起来,对目标人群进行长期干预是有效、可行的。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness and feasibility of HIV / AIDS prevention interventions for general practitioners in AIDS / STD prevention and treatment and provide the basis for the development of AIDS / STD prevention and control strategies. Methods From April to July 2008, three community health service centers in Haidian District, Beijing were used as research sites. The trained gynecologists and general practitioners conducted face-to-face consultation and intervention services for the attending female entertainment attendants. Interviews with doctors and the questionnaire survey of target groups to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of interventions. Results A total of 286 female attendants in entertainment venues such as dance halls and bathing centers visited by gynecological clinic of community service center were investigated. After the intervention service, the total awareness of the target population about sexually transmitted diseases increased from 5.2% to 54.6% (χ2 = 163.98 (Χ2 = 108.41, P <0.01). 95.2% of the target population expressed their willingness to accept the AIDS / STD intervention service provided by the help desk and provide interventions The serving general practitioner stated that it is their occupation responsibility to provide AIDS / STD prevention interventions for the target population and is willing to carry out this intervention service. Conclusion It is effective and feasible to take long-term intervention of AIDS / STD prevention and routine work of general practitioners by taking general practitioners as the main intervention, using information desk and other education methods.
