许多企业家已经开始认识到企业文化的重要性。企业文化的核心是企业的经营哲学,也就是企业的根本价值观和指导原则(“世界观与方法论”)。它有两个基本特征:一是竞争导向,能够在市场上独树一帜,而不是时下流行的口号,那些适用于任何企业的陈词滥调正是同质化的根源;二是以人为本,对内能把员工凝聚起来,形成共同的志向和精神动力,对外则能赢得顾客之心,得道多助。
