多发性脑梗塞一词病理上系指脑内梗塞灶超过一个以上;CT、MRI则根据图像,所指相同;临床有多种原因及不同表现。现将我院自1988年6月～1991年1月收治的360例多发性脑梗塞的临床、CT及MRI图象上所见进行讨论。临床资料本组360例,年龄在40～48岁之间。其中40～49岁20例,50～59岁114例,60～69岁
The term cerebral infarction refers to more than one pathological infarction in the brain; CT, MRI according to the image, referring to the same; a variety of clinical reasons and different manifestations. Now in our hospital from June 1988 ~ January 1991 admitted to 360 cases of multiple cerebral infarction clinical, CT and MRI images seen for discussion.
