由气相沉积获得了氧化钼自相似的二维分形结构,它是由尺度为几个微米的大量晶须按照一定的规律堆垛而成的;在分形图形中,还分布着一些形状极复杂的“花”状晶体。对分形结构及晶体的“花”的形成机理,用非线性动力学进行了探讨。
A self-similar two-dimensional fractal structure of molybdenum oxide was obtained by vapor deposition.
