在大量加工钻孔零件时,特别是在圆柱体上钻孔都要采用钻模来扶正钻头,以保证钻孔位置和钻孔间距的精度。目前常用的钻模,在钻的时候钻模本身不转动,而目为了达到钻孔精度,多数都采用钻头和钻模之间较小的配合间隙,以保证加工精度。这样在加工过程中必然造成钻模孔的磨损,使钻孔精度变差。为了克服这个缺点,提高钻模的使用精度和寿命,可采用图示回转式钻孔钻模。该回转式钻模是将钻模紧装在单列向心轴承在内坏里,再将轴承外环紧装在固定支架的孔内,盖上上盖, 即可使用。旋转着的钻头通过钻模时,由于钻头存在着摆动,所以钻头与钻模内壁就会产生摩擦,这样钻模就会随着钻头一起转动,摩擦力小钻模就转得慢,
