课堂提问是一种重要的教学手段,教师通过提问进行设疑、解疑和反馈,可以启迪学生的思维,开阔学生的视野;可以帮助学生掌握学习重点、突破难点;还可以发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,及时调控教学。但长期以来,教师在课堂上简单的、应答性的提问多,不断的追问、深问少,提问缺乏思考性、灵活性。学生常常处于一种应对性场景,回答缺少思考的空间和时间,因而课堂表面热闹,但效率不高。因此,要提高课堂教学效率,教师必须注意课堂教学中提问的有效性。一、面向全体学生提问有效的课堂提问应该是面向全体学生,使每一个问题都产生群体效应,让每一个学生都能有时间、有动力对问题进行思考。同时在课堂上要采用灵活多样的学生回答,保证每个学生都能得到练习的机会,使每个学生都学有所获,有所提高。
