患者,女,61岁,医务人员。10年来有间断性心慌,胸闷,头晕,全身无力,有时伴发热。平时易患感冒,并有咽痛及关节痛。每次发热后血红蛋白量下降,心率快,无杂音,心电图为窦性心律与频发性室性早博,临床诊断为心肌炎。用抗生素等治疗无明显好转。10个月来,从血液中13次培养出葡萄球菌L型。 一、材料与方法:1.标本采集:常规抽取静脉血液2～4ml,注入含有20～30ml的牛肉汤增菌培养基内,另加血液一滴于洁净的载物玻片上,自行干燥成厚滴片。从1986年11月～1987年9月,每间隔数天或数周抽血一次,
Patient, female, 61 years old, medical staff. 10 years have intermittent palpitation, chest tightness, dizziness, general weakness, sometimes with fever. Usually cold, and sore throat and joint pain. After each fever hemoglobin decreased, fast heart rate, no noise, ECG is sinus rhythm and frequent ventricular premature beats, clinical diagnosis of myocarditis. No significant improvement with antibiotics and other treatment. Staphylococcus aureus L was cultured 13 times from the blood in 10 months. First, the material and methods: 1. Specimen collection: conventional venous blood drawn 2 ~ 4ml, into the containing 20 ~ 30ml of beef broth enrichment medium, plus a drop of blood on a clean glass slides, self-drying into a thick drop sheet. From November 1986 to September 1987, blood was taken every several days or weeks,
