随着机械制造的产品日趋精密复杂、更新频繁,这不但对机械制造的精度与效率提出了更高的要求,而且对生产的适应性、灵活性提出了更高的要求。近年来,由于市场竞争日趋激烈,各生产厂家既要不断提高产品质量,又要为满足市场不断变化的需要而进行频繁改型。为了解决上述问题,一种新型的数字控制车床应运而生。因此也标志着职业学校的数控车实训教学的改革与创新应与时俱进。本文主要围绕职业学校的数控车实训教学的创新与实践进行探讨。
With the increasingly sophisticated machinery, more frequent updates, not only for machinery manufacturing accuracy and efficiency put forward higher requirements, but also to the production of adaptability and flexibility put forward higher requirements. In recent years, due to the increasingly fierce market competition, manufacturers must not only improve product quality, but also to meet the changing needs of the market for frequent modification. In order to solve the above problems, a new type of digital control lathe came into being. Therefore, it also marks the reform and innovation of vocational school NC train teaching should advance with the times. This article mainly discusses the innovation and practice of CNC vehicle teaching in vocational schools.
