当前,我国英语教学中广泛实施“任务型”教学方式,但不同教师在实际教学中在多大程度上完成从传统英语教学到以“任务”为导向,革新教学目标、教学理念,变更教学内容的组织形式以至转变相应教学效果评价方式等,没有后续完善的研究和跟进。首先不同的“任务观”就将形成不同的任务模式,其中对任务性质的把握,即是真任务还是假任务就是前期需要核实的关键问题。另外,任务指导型的英语教学质量如何保障,初中学生完成任务过程中的英语知识积累和运用的矛盾
