规模:土地供应总量近46万公项,同比增加4.4%,增速自2009年以来连续回落,较去年同期回落4.8个百分点。价款:土地出让合同价款2.81万亿元,增长速度较快。出让供地总量增加与出让结构调整以及市场预期等因素造成价款较快增长。房地产:地产市场整体表现供销两旺,房地产用地供应达到近年来同期高点,住宅包括商品住宅用地超过近五年同期供应水平四成;保障性安居工程用地落实推进顺利。
